Top of Newcastle

I went on a drive today. Drove to the top of the Newcastle peak, near Newcastle Beach. it was a breathtaking view. A vast ocean lay infront of me while the city spreads out to the mountains at the back.

Then i went for a swim at the ocean baths. it was cooling to be in the water. There were only a couple of people around, mostly kids at the ocean baths (which is like a swimming pool by the way). i swam for an hour. mostly walking from one end on the pool to the other. it was tiring. Then I went to the rocks near the beaches to see the corals and seashells. it was a nice change from the normal afternoon routine Ive been having for the past few days. i think I will probably go there again tomorrow.

Want to know something. The sea water doesn't make me feel sticky like the water in Singapore. I don't know why the water in Singapore makes me sticky and itchy.

Ah.....................I feel relaxed and full.
